Its easy to think that running on a track isn't for me, but it can be and will add greatly to your training programme, these sessions will be open track will be open to all comers and will include the following:
Dynamic warm up - a focussed set of drills and activities to prepare you for running.
Technical drills to improve form.
Warm Down and an opportunity to discuss training.
The sessions will be focussed on people wanting to improve and progress, the work will cater for all abilities and will provide a base for the rest of your training.
The sessions will be at the County Ground Track Swindon on the following dates:
Individual sessions will be £7.50 or 3 session for £20.
