Why Do I need a Coach

What can a coach do for me?  Its a fair question when you have a myriad of magazines, books and helpful friends

There are no end of books and magazines providing advice and training plans, this has to be fairly generic as there are too many variations to be fitted in one book or magazine.  At best they provide a high level philosophy to work from  But how can you work out what needs changing and when..... a coach can provide schedules to fit your targets and goals, he can also make changes as training progresses, from discussions.  They will also be able to provide advice on nutrition, injuries and other aspects that will add to your training.  A coach can provide confidence through discussion, the mere act of reviewing training with some one else can be a motivating factor.
