Logical Coaching understand that every set of needs is different. It is easier to assess and judge from the outside and to provide tailored advice and adjustments as you progress. Logical Coaching are convinced that you will be able to run faster with simple, logically constructed training and on going advice
Running is simple. We started to run to catch food, with no shoes or injuries! If you did encounter injured hamstrings or knees, this meant that you didn’t eat. Since those days, it has become a sport and a way of keeping fit, but to take it further and ensure your best performance, you need someone to guide and inspire you, as well as helping you to set targets and achieve them.
Bryan has studied coaching philosophies from all over the world and from all eras, as well as Kenyans, the US collegiate programme, and European coaches who work with Olympic athletes. Athletes have the same goals as anyone else – to run faster, and there are many aspects to this.
Bryan has been part of the England Athletics' Club Run programme for more than 10 years and is now part of the National Coach Development Programme, where he assists other coaches and continues to learn and progress with exposure to other coaching teams.
